From raw sensor data to calibrated Earth observation products

Raw Data Acquisition

Receive Level 0 raw digital numbers (DNs) from EO imaging payloads. Data includes multispectral bands spanning visible, NIR, and SWIR wavelengths with complete metadata and orbital parameters.

Radiometric Calibration

Convert raw DNs to at-sensor radiance using sensor-specific calibration coefficients. Apply dark current subtraction, flat-field correction, and non-linearity compensation to ensure radiometric accuracy.

Atmospheric Correction

Remove atmospheric effects including Rayleigh scattering, aerosol attenuation, and water vapor absorption. Compute bottom-of-atmosphere (BOA) surface reflectance using radiative transfer models and atmospheric state parameters.

Geometric Correction

Perform orthorectification using digital elevation models (DEMs) and spacecraft ephemeris data. Co-register multispectral bands to sub-pixel accuracy and project to standard cartographic coordinate systems.

Quality Assessment & Delivery
